Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This policy explains how Join Vibe Coding handles information when you browse our resources, create an account, submit a project, contact us, or book coaching.

Account and contact information

We store account details such as your username, email address, password hash, and any profile or project information you choose to submit. Session cookies keep you signed in. Project titles, descriptions, and public profile information may appear in the community showcase after approval. Do not submit private information in public content.

Our contact form collects your name, email, subject, and message. Submissions are stored in our database so they can be reviewed. The form does not currently send an email notification. We use these details to handle your inquiry, not to sell a contact list.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage, such as pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. Read Google’s privacy policy or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Google AdSense and advertising cookies

We use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

Learn how Google uses advertising information at Google advertising technologies. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Your browser settings can also block or delete cookies, although this may affect sign-in and other features.

Bookings and embedded services

Coaching bookings use Calendly. When you open the booking widget, Calendly may collect booking details and use cookies under its own privacy policy. Embedded YouTube videos and external links are provided by third parties with their own data practices.

Storage, retention, and your choices

We use hosting and database providers to operate the site. Access to non-public account and inquiry information is limited to operating the service. We retain information as needed to maintain accounts, respond to inquiries, and meet applicable legal obligations; no fixed automatic deletion schedule is currently in place. No online system can guarantee complete security.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your account or contact information, use the contact form and identify the information concerned. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. This policy may change as the service changes; the date above identifies the latest update.
