These terms apply to your use of Join Vibe Coding, including learning resources, accounts, community submissions, and coaching information. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Educational purpose and your responsibility

Our content is educational, not a guarantee that generated code will be accurate, secure, or suitable for your situation. Review, test, and understand code before using it, especially with private data or payments. We do not guarantee learning outcomes, earnings, employment, application performance, or third-party approvals.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account details. Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware or illegal content, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or disrupt the service. We may remove submissions or restrict access for misuse. Community projects may be reviewed before publication.

Intellectual property and submissions

Site content and branding belong to their respective owners. You may use our learning materials and prompts for personal learning and your own projects; do not falsely claim ownership of our original educational content or redistribute it as your own course. You retain ownership of your submissions and give us permission to display the project and profile information you submit for the showcase. Only submit material you have the right to share.

Third-party tools and coaching

Linked tools, embedded videos, advertisements, and Calendly are separate services governed by their own terms. Some outbound links may be referral links. Any coaching price, appointment details, and cancellation arrangements should be confirmed at booking before payment or attendance.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on educational examples, generated code, third-party services, or interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
